Cookies Policy

Last updated: 07/07/2026

This Cookies Policy explains how NexoZip Ltd (registered in the United Kingdom under number 17323445, with registered office at Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (www.nexozip.com) and in our mobile application (together, the "Services").

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains in full how we collect and process personal data.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time — for example, keeping you logged in as you move between pages.

This policy also covers similar technologies with the same purpose, such as local storage and session storage, which save small pieces of information directly in your browser.

2. OUR APPROACH

NexoZip uses only the cookies and storage strictly needed to operate the platform securely and to remember basic preferences you have set yourself.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share your browsing data with advertising networks or data brokers.

3. STRICTLY NECESSARY COOKIES

These are required for the platform to function. They cannot be switched off through the platform, because without them core features such as logging in or paying would simply not work.

Authentication and session (Supabase): keeps you securely logged into your account as you navigate the platform and supports the "Remember me" function. Without it you would be signed out on every page.

Hosting and security (Netlify): technical cookies used to serve the site correctly, route traffic and protect the platform against abuse and attacks.

Payments and fraud prevention (Stripe): set when a courier purchases NexoCredits or completes identity onboarding. Stripe uses them to process the payment securely and to detect fraudulent transactions. NexoZip never stores card or bank details on its own servers.

Identity verification (Didit): set only during the automated driving licence and identity verification flow, for the duration of that process.

4. PREFERENCE AND FUNCTIONAL STORAGE

These remember choices you make so the site behaves the way you left it. They store no personal data and no browsing history.

Language preference: when you switch between EN and PT, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in the same language next time.

Notice dismissal: when you close an announcement or informational message, that is recorded in session storage so the same message is not shown again during your visit. It is cleared when you close the browser.

5. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Some of the technologies above are set by the specialised partners that power the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Netlify (hosting and delivery), Stripe (payments) and Didit (automated document verification).

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts to display the interface correctly. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms, and we select partners that comply with the GDPR.

6. HOW TO MANAGE OR DELETE COOKIES

You can control, block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) provides options to see which cookies are stored, delete them individually or in bulk, and block them from specific sites or altogether. Clearing your browser storage will also remove your saved language preference.

Please note: if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the platform will stop working correctly. You may be unable to stay logged in, submit a bid or complete a credit purchase.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Cookies Policy to reflect changes to the Services, to our technology partners, or to applicable law. Whenever we make a relevant change, we will update the date shown at the top of this document.

Hi 👋 I'm the NexoZip how-to assistant. Ask me anything about posting jobs, bidding or buying credits.
How do I buy credits?
Great question! Couriers buy NexoCredits right inside the app:

1. Open Wallet → Buy Credits

2. Choose a pack (paid securely via Stripe)

3. Spend one small fixed credit only when you win a job.

You keep 100% of your delivery earnings — no commission. 💳
